Whilst we build our product to be tough and durable, we still like to ensure that the little things are being kept in check. Our complimentary 10,000km/3month check-up and Pre-trip check over, is designed to check and readjust, if required, bolt and seal tensions, door locks and latches, gas strut pressures, added fixings on your build, and to generally run an eye over the build.
An experienced traveller will know that nothing is ever 100% impervious to our offroad conditions!
Regular maintenance and Pre-trip check overs will assist in avoiding incidents on your hard earned journeys. Failure to keep regular maintenance may affect repair outcomes.

Moxwelding offers a life time manufacturing and workmanship warranty. Lifetime warranty covers products being used for their intended design purpose only. Lifetime warranty covers the original purchaser and is not transferable/carried over to a second hand purchase. Second hand purchasing of our products when installed and serviced by Moxwelding carry 12month warranty.
Componentry such as locks, latches, seals, gas struts, draw slides, carry a 12 month warranty.
12v components, fridges, all 3rd party branded accessories are covered by individual brands warranty and is to be carried out between owner and associated brand directly. Moxwelding is happy to facilitate any required documentation.
Powder coat defects are to be assessed directly at Moxwelding.
Damage to products due to general carelessness, vehicle accident, overloading/poor weight distribution, offroad activity outside the scope of build design, modifications, poor installation by a third party, misuse, abuse, negligence or not following aftercare instructions or advice will void warranty.
Damage that has been clearly left unchecked/action not taken at a suitable time allowing an issue to stretch well beyond a stage of required repair will void warranty. Proper servicing and maintenance are a must, not a recommendation. Please note our FREE pre-trip check over service that is available to all customers.
Warranty is to be carried out by Moxwelding only. It is the owners responsibility to supply/transport vehicles and/or products to Moxwelding for assessment/repair.
